Tried findinh the cache - cannot find it but I cleaned my apps. I have tried changing keyboards from English UK to English US. Here is what I did (probably could be done in a different order but it worked):ġ. Find the emoji keyboard in any app that uses the standard keyboard. I have tried to go to Languages Samsung keyboard and the predictive text is greyed out so I cannot turn it on. I can now while in the messages app add a bitmoji. I finally had the time and patience to figure this out.
